  • Specializes in clients who are experiencing issues with anxiety, depression, histories of trauma or attachment wounding to include dissociation, and relationship issues with a particular interest in generational trauma.

    EMDR therapist who has completed additional training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Ego States therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

    We work at the client’s pace with a mindful approach that incorporates the client’s strengths, values, and abilities to develop a path towards healing.

Excels in treating trauma and dissociation, women’s issues, grief, codependency, relationship issues, spiritual concerns, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, communication issues, and anger.

    I’m honored to guide you on your healing journey and have much training and experience helping adults young and older to improve mental health, heal from trauma, and live better lives.

    I love helping people break out of those judgements and past hurts to find their self-acceptance, authentic shapes, and personal truths.
