Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected, we’re here to help you find your way back to yourself.

We do more than every-day talk therapy gently guiding people down to heal the root of their problems, which many say leads to faster and lasting change.

Our experienced and highly skilled, EMDR-trained trauma specialists understand that we each struggle in different ways, so we:

  • listen to you

  • help people find themselves and their healing path

  • treat each person differently based on their own unique problems and situations

  • move at a pace that’s comfortable for you

  • are concerned with helping guide people to develop a greater sense of personal wholeness that includes physical, mental, emotional, and social aspects of our lives
